Alta Vista Park
This week we’re holding strength & conditioning workout sessions on Saturday at Alta Vista Park (north side of the cages) with all 11U/12U players.
All players are expected to report to one of the four sessions
Workouts will be held in 30-minute sessions up to 6 players each time slot.
1 PM – 1:30 PM
1:30 PM – 2 PM
2 PM – 2:30 PM
2:30 PM – 3 PM
If slots are not filled by Friday evening ~ 8 PM, feel free to grab a second slot if desired.
If slots are full, players who couldn’t make this week will have priority for next week’s strength & conditioning workouts.
