Andy Ammentorp

Charles Ono


Chuck Ono is the Co-Founder and Program Director of 310 BASEBALL, bringing more than 25 years of coaching, player development, and leadership experience to the organization. He has led Redondo Sunset Baseball to four World Series appearances — a milestone unmatched in the South Bay in more than 30 years — demonstrating a consistent ability to build competitive, high-performing teams.
 
Throughout his career, Chuck has developed athletes who have gone on to compete at high-level national showcases, collegiate programs, and elite high school events across the country, reflecting his commitment to long-term player growth and excellence.
 
Currently, Chuck serves as the JV Head Coach at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School, where he continues to mentor and develop student-athletes both on and off the field. As Director of the USA/Japan Friendship Games, he also creates meaningful international opportunities for 13U–19U teams, fosters cross-cultural competition between Southern California and Japan, and helps open pathways for collegiate and professional recruitment.

Andy Ammentorp serves as the Director of Coaching and Operations at 310 BASEBALL, bringing extensive experience and a passion for player development to the program. As a Varsity Baseball Coach at Redondo Union High School and a seasoned coach for the USA/JAPAN Friendship Games, Andy has a proven dedication to advancing youth baseball. He specializes in nurturing competitive athletes while cultivating leadership and sportsmanship, ensuring players grow both as athletes and individuals.

Koby Gauna brings exceptional expertise and a proven track record to the 310 BASEBALL coaching staff. A 2014 Oakland Athletics draft prospect, Koby was a standout at Cal State Fullerton, earning Big West Pitcher of the Week honors and receiving back-to-back Big West Conference Honorable Mentions. He also played professionally in the Mexican Baseball League with the Monclava Acereros, further honing his skills at an elite level. Now, Koby is dedicated to shaping the next generation of athletes, working closely with high school showcase and prep teams. His focus on developing young pitchers highlights his commitment to fostering growth, building confidence, and helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Alex Yin brings a unique combination of firsthand experience and specialized expertise to the 310 BASEBALL coaching team. A former varsity catcher at Redondo Union High School and player at Long Beach City College, Alex also has the distinguished honor of being a former 310 BASEBALL player who has come full circle as a coach. With a focus on catching instruction and a commitment to overall player development, Alex is dedicated to helping athletes refine their skills and fulfill their potential both on and off the field.
