Hello parents
I hope you all had a good break and Thanksgiving week.
Apologies for the day by day updates, but I have been informed that Torrance Batting cages are still open and will have our tunnel and cage ready to use on Tuesday.Also, we need to work on HITTING!!! Sunset Cages have been released starting tomorrow and as part of our regular workouts, I will be renting the cages and adding another batting session/week for the boys in December, stay tuned for time and days.

Other teams are there too so make sure kids are masked their entire time at TBC! Parents, please stay outside of the facility, requested by TBC and for your safety.

SATURDAY (DECEMBER 5th) 12:30 – 3:00 PM
* HAVE BOYS COME IN SNEAKERS/TURF SHOES, they can change into cleats on the field.
TOURNAMENT (Local)
SATURDAY AM/Dec. 5th – 14U/Freshmen game to take place in the morning at Penmar. More info and roster to come shortly.
Expect to go to practice after games.
SUNDAY/Dec. 6th – Games to be determined by pool play Saturday.

- 12/17-20 (Winter Wood Bat Classic, Yuma, AZ Registered) CANCELLED
- 1/16-18 – USSSA MLK Dreams Classic, Las Vegas, NV – Registered
SAFETY GUIDELINES
1) A MASK/NECK GAITER
- Wear a MASK, have a spare or two in the bag.Very simple!When kids have spread apart they can have it down, but once in close range, it needs to be up.
- We don’t want them suffocating in them, they can take a break, catch their breath too, just spread apart.
2) SOCIAL DISTANCING
- This needs to be monitored more closely by coaches, and with the help of parents, when we are especially playing away.If the boys are not practicing social distancing especially without masks when within 6 ft of each other, please let us know, or let them know directly!There is a lot we (Coaches) don’t see too.
- My fault for yesterday with the 7th graders, as I had dropped my guard and was reminded by the other coach to have our infielders in masks!
Also, parents, you are the role models for the boys so please have a mask when sitting alongside (within 6 ft) with other families too. - Due to Torrance restrictions of NO SPECTATORs, coaches will need to monitor this closely at Entradero.When we are away, again, please keep these points in mind and help out when you can.
3) EXTRA RULES
- NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS, at any fields, practice or scrimmage/games
- We will be turning OFF the high fiving
- NO BATs to be shared
- NO Equipment to be shared (helmets, catchers gear etc)
- Hand Sanitizer is always present, remind them of that.
