Happy New Year 310 Families

We hope you all are enjoying the holidays and a relaxing time off baseball, safe and sound.

Our current battle with COVID-19 in California continues and unfortunately our scheduled MLK tournament in Las Vegas has officially been canceled as well.

I believe we will be hearing similar news with post-Christmas and New Years.

Local friendlies and tourneys will be available through January and best we keep things easy until things settle down.We are currently waitlisted for out of state February/March tournaments in NV and AZ. (Keep Feb 13-15th open)

Tournament teams will continue to be primarily determined by performance and the tournament’s level of play. We will adjust your son to what level tournament they are best fit to perform in.

We also are hoping that Redondo Sunset Pony starts up soon. The fields at Alta Vista is still closed until further notice but we plan to keep the boys busy with 310 activities at Entradero and scrimmages whenever possible. With our roster at Entradero park able to grow to 25 players, we will be using this to our advantage for more productive work outs and inter-squads to have them game ready for spring.

Knowing that local league play could start, we have also reduced fees!7th grade will be $225 per month moving forward.

We will continue to have 2 practices a week (extra weekday practice 1-2 times a month as our Wednesday slot is on rotation) with scrimmages/inter squads on weekends. Expect at least 1 tournament (local/away) each month too.

Note! 310 will continue to operate for all of those seeking competitive play when local leagues start. We will also schedule as efficiently as possible with the Pony schedule to allow competitive practices, games and tournaments @ 310 while being active in your local league.

Please continue to remind your boys on wearing a mask and safety as we work towards a brighter baseball season in 2021!

Thank you for your son’s commitment and love of baseball.

From all of us at 310 BASEBALL
